All MyMediaRoom services and sites will be relocated to new servers this weekend. The move will begin at 5pm Eastern Time (GMT-04:00), Friday, August 17, 2007, and be completed by noon Eastern Time (GMT-04:00), Saturday, August 18, 2007. We anticipate no interruptions in service.

This message is to notify you of an upcoming planned maintenance period that will impact your web site. On Friday, July 27, 2007 and Saturday, July 28, 2007, the server(s) that host your web site will be physically relocated to a new facility (from Fort Lauderdale to Tampa, Florida). We expect the transition to take place between 8:00pm Eastern Time (GMT-04:00) on Friday, July 27, and 8:00-11:00AM Eastern Time (GMT-04:00) on Saturday, July 28. Your web site will be unavailable during a portion or all of this time period.
We are monitoring the transition very closely and have a complete backup of all of your data in the event of any problems.

We were conducting some upgrades and minor server maintenance this weekend (4/14 to 4/15) that was complete as of 7:45AM EDT (1145 UTC). All systems are operational at this point. Please report any other issues to support@mymediaroom.com.

The MyMediaRoom new user wizard has been updated. Changes reflect our newest features and live examples of how others are using their media room. The wizard is a simple, step-by-step tool that takes new and existing users through a guided tour of MyMediaRoom. Features covered in the wizard include press releases, events, creating a blog, and more!
To get started with the wizard, go to your Dashboard and click the image of the "wizard" at the bottom.
